I decided to step away from the mixer for one evening and tried out some recipes with fruit. Healthier fare is always good.

There have been some decent harvests lately. Though, I am thinking that I might need to visit a few farmer's markets in the near future.


Cinnamon tortilla chips with fruit salsa.


Fruit bruschetta with orange-creme glaze.
