It's a short seminar day tomorrow, so my father and I are going to hit the green in the afternoon for a short round. So far, the topics have been interesting. Mainly new developments and medicines. I believe Thursday will have the surgical advancements.

Grass skirts have been procured.

A conference I'm looking to attend will be upon selected topics in internal medicine. Seeing as it was my first doctorate, I find myself interested. Also, my father will be going. I will attempt to take my golf clubs with me if I go. Mainly to take in a day of golf with my father when we aren't attending a talk.

Plus, it's in Hawaii. I rather enjoyed Las Vegas when the hotel went as a whole for vacation, but since it is winter still, I'd rather take my chances for a full round in a tropical location than on the East Coast.

I think I shall turn off my laptop and phone tonight, turn on Strauss and read a good mystery while nursing a glass of wine.

I'm still alive, although there were a couple of times while Marui steered the golf cart that I thought we might roll over. The course in particular is familiar enough to me that I did well and ended up with -4. Not my best, but definitely falls within my average. With the weather turning colder, I think I'm going to put up the golf clubs for the year.

I've finally started reading The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown. I hope it's as good as his other books.
